为保证测量器具性能指标不超过规定的范围 ,建立测量器具的计量服务模型 ,确定了测量器具的可靠性指标 ,并对其与计量服务参数和故障特征参数的关系进行了分析和计算 .得出了测量器具可靠性指标与计量服务参数的关系是复杂的离散函数关系的结论 ,为求出t1、t2 和Tbr及Tbs等参数 ,笔者得出了这些量的数学期望 ,所建立模型可供优化测量器具计量服务参数和提高测量器具可靠性时参考 .
