目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法建立亮叶杨桐叶指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速1 mL·min-1;检测波长254 nm。结果:以梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到指纹图谱的技术要求,10批样品相似度大于0.9。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱检测技术可有效控制亮叶杨桐叶药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of leaves of Populus tremuloides by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The elution was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The chromatographic peaks obtained by gradient elution showed good separation of chromatographic peaks and reached the technical requirements of fingerprinting. The similarity of 10 batches of samples was greater than 0.9. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprinting technique can effectively control the quality of the medicinal materials of leaves.
