随着我国市场经济的不断发展,水利施工企业间的竞争更加激烈。企业的财务状况是企业生存与发展的灵魂,而资金的集约化工作则是财务工作的重中之重。本文结合当前的形势,阐述了水利施工企业在资金集约化管理上所面临的挑战与风险,并给出了具体的资金集约化管理措施,对提高水利施工企业的经济效益具有重要的理论和实际意义。
With the constant development of the market economy in our country, the competition among water conservancy construction enterprises is more intense. The financial status of an enterprise is the soul of the survival and development of an enterprise, and the intensive work of capital is the top priority of financial work.
