一、为了鼓励科学工作者的積極性和创造性,促進我國科学事業的發展,以服务于社会主义建設,1955年8月5日國务院全体会議第17次会議通过并發布了中國科学院科学獎金暫行条例,建立了科学研究工作的獎励制度。中國科学院根据条例的規定,早經决定于1956年开始進行科学研究論著的評獎工作,并准备于5月4日公布評獎結果。
First, in order to encourage the enthusiasm and creativity of scientific workers and promote the development of science in China so as to serve the construction of socialism, the 17th meeting of the plenary session of the State Council on August 5, 1955 adopted and promulgated the Provisional Science Prize for Chinese Academy of Sciences Ordinance, established a reward system for scientific research. According to the provisions of the regulations, the Chinese Academy of Sciences decided early in 1956 to start the work of awarding scientific research treatises and is ready to announce the award results on May 4.
