颌面深部间隙金属异物的取出较为困难,常规术前摄X线片及CT扫描定位,术中仍有一定的盲目性。时有手术失败的情况。我科多年来收治颌面部金属异物26例,均在X线电视透视机屏幕下手术取出。现报道如下。
Maxillofacial deep gap metal foreign body removal is more difficult, conventional preoperative radiographs and CT scan positioning, surgery is still some blindness. Sometimes there is a case of surgery failure. My department for many years admitted to maxillofacial metal foreign body in 26 cases, were removed under the X-ray TV screen operation. Report as follows now.
