用病区高岭土拌煤烘烤玉米饲养大鼠后发现:实验中期高、低铝氟剂量组大鼠出现骨皮质平均厚度、骨小梁平均厚度、骨小梁平均宽度、骨细胞密度等形态计量学指标均减少,实验末期低铝氟剂量组骨骼变化有所改善,结果与阳性对照(铝氟中毒)组病变类似。并对氟与铝对骨骼系统的损伤机理进行了讨论。
The results showed that in the medium and low aluminum fluoride dose groups, the average thickness of cortical bone, the average thickness of trabecular bone, the average width of trabecular bone, the density of bone cells and other morphological measurements The indexes of the study decreased, the skeletal changes in the low ALF dose group improved at the end of the experiment, and the results were similar to those in the positive control group (ALF). The mechanism of the damage of skeletal system by fluorine and aluminum was also discussed.
