车细长轴是车工经常遇到的任务,但由于工艺方法选择不当,引起车后的轴产生弯曲或不圆现象,常常造成废品。我厂经过多次试制改进,在普通车床上加工细长轴,摸索了一些经验。加工图1所示的长轴时,我们采取了如下工艺方法,达到了设计要求。现介绍出来供兄弟单位参考:一、工件的粗车和处理方法1.轴的粗车外圆留量2~3毫米,端面留量0.5~1毫米,然后进行调质处理。调质后,需进行人工校直,总长度內弯曲度应控制在0.3~0.5毫米以內。2.第二次进行粗车时,首先应修正两端顶尖孔,将带有
