研究用机械装置代替调压塔（井），对于促进我国中小型水电站建设及农村电气化具有重要意义。本文详细分析了爆破膜作为调节保证措施应用于中小型水电站的技术经济可行性和优越性，并列举若干工程应用实例。
It is of great significance to study how to replace the pressure regulating tower (well) with mechanical devices in order to promote the construction of small and medium hydropower stations in our country and rural electrification. In this paper, the technical and economic feasibility and superiority of using blasting membrane as adjustment guarantee measure in small and medium-sized hydropower stations are analyzed in detail, and some examples of engineering application are listed.
