多路光束的相干合成是获得高功率、高亮度激光输出的有效途径。实验采用一种新型的偏振锁相技术,实现了对偏振方向相互垂直的两路光束的相位锁定和相干合成。研究表明该偏振锁相装置可将两束光的相位差锁定于0~2π之间的任意值且在较大振幅比情况下仍可获得大于90%的合束效率,是一种可定标放大的相干合成技术。
