The “Circular of the Party Committee of the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of Education on Learning and Implementing the Spirit of General Secretary Hu Jintao’s Speech and Practically Strengthening Education on the Socialist Concept of Honor and Disgrace” (No. [2006] No. 4) requires the integration of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace education with the construction of campus culture. In order to thoroughly implement the “Several Opinions of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Minors’ Ideological and Moral Construction” (Zhongfa [2004] No. 8, hereinafter referred to as the Central Document No. 8), the full play of the campus culture construction will establish and promote the society.
