大鼠急性吸入三氯氧磷(POCl3),然后对其在染毒后的不同时间进行肺支气管冲洗和全肺福尔马林固定。以观察肺洗液中PAM总数、死亡率和RBC总数的变化和肺组织病理学改变。结果发现,POCl3对大鼠肺洗液中PAM总数、死亡率及RBC数量产生明显影响,肺脏组织病理也有相应改变。表明POCl3对大鼠肺脏产生明显损伤,且该损伤的恢复需要一个较为缓慢的过程。
Rats were acutely inhaled with phosphorus oxychloride (POCl3) and then subjected to lung bronchial flushing and whole-lung formalin fixation at various times after exposure. To observe the changes in the total number of PAMs, the mortality rate and the total number of RBCs in the lung washings, and the pathological changes in lung tissues. The results showed that POCl3 significantly affected the total number of PAMs, the mortality and the number of RBCs in the lungs of rats, and the histopathology of the lungs also changed accordingly. POCl3 showed significant lung injury in rats, and the recovery of the injury requires a more slow process.
