目的:观察强肌健力饮对肾阳虚证大鼠血浆环核苷酸水平的影响,探讨该方防治肾阳虚证的作用机理。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组,肾阳虚模型组,强肌健力饮低、中、高剂量组、右归丸组;采用氢化可的松致肾阳虚证大鼠模型,观察各组动物胸腺和肾上腺重量指数,以及血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量和cAMP/cGMP比值的变化。结果:肾阳虚模型组大鼠血浆cAMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值与正常对照组相比均降低(P<0.01),cGMP含量则显著升高(P<0.01)。而强肌健力饮各剂量均能使cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP比值升高及降低cGMP含量(P<0.01),又可使胸腺指数增大等作用。结论:强肌健力饮能够改善肾阳虚证大鼠的肾虚症状,其作用机理与调节cAMP、cGMP水平有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Qiangji Jianli Yin on plasma cyclic nucleotides in rats with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome and to explore the mechanism of this prescription in preventing and treating kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. METHODS: SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, kidney-yang deficiency model group, Qiangji Jianliyin low-, medium-, and high-dose group, and Yougui pill group. Hydrogenated cortisone caused kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. In a murine model, the weight index of thymus and adrenal gland in each group of animals was observed, as well as the changes of plasma cAMP, cGMP and cAMP/cGMP ratios. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the plasma cAMP content and cAMP/cGMP ratio in the kidney-yang deficiency model group were decreased (P<0.01), and the cGMP content was significantly increased (P<0.01). The doses of Qiangji Jianliyin can increase cAMP content and cAMP/cGMP ratio, decrease cGMP content (P<0.01), and increase the thymus index. Conclusion: Qiangji Jianli Yin can improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency in rats with kidney-yang deficiency, and its mechanism of action is related to the regulation of cAMP and cGMP levels.
