本研究观察了草菇担子上着生担孢子的类型、担孢子细胞核数量,扩增了单孢菌株交配型A因子特异序列,基于减数分裂后四分体随机分离进入担孢子的遗传规律,分析了异核担孢子和同核(或单核)担孢子的比例。研究结果表明,草菇担孢子中异核担孢子的比例平均为7.14%,同核或单核担孢子的比例平均为92.86%。单核或同核的担孢子萌发后需要质配形成异核体才能完成有性生殖,交配方式类似异宗配合;异核担孢子萌发直接形成异核菌丝,其有性生殖类似同宗配合。
In this study, we observed the types of basidiospores, the number of basidiospore nuclei and the mating type A factor-specific sequences of monosporous strains. Based on the inheritance of basal spores, The proportion of heterokaryon spores and nuclei (or mononuclear) basidiospores was analyzed. The results showed that the proportion of heterotrophic basidiospores in the spores of M. rufipogon was 7.14% on average, and the average percentage of the same nuclear or mononuclear spores was 92.86%. The single nucleus or the same nucleus basidiomycetes need to be qualitatively conformed to form heterokaryon after germination to complete sexual reproduction. The mating method is similar to that of heterophile. The heterotrophic basidiospore germinates directly to form heteromyxa hyphae. Its sexual reproduction is similar to that of the same genera.
