应急响应决策是应对突发事件的关键。基于层次任务网络规划(Hierarchical Task Network planning,HTN)的应急响应决策方法能够有效地利用应急领域专家知识,生成完成应急任务目标的应急行动方案。本文提出了基于HTN的应急响应决策方法体系,探讨了基于HTN的智能规划所面临的关键问题及其解决方法,并将这些研究成果应用于三峡区域防洪应急响应决策模拟原型系统,验证其有效性。 Emergency response decisions are the key to dealing with emergencies. The emergency response decision-making method based on Hierarchical Task Network Planning (HTN) can effectively utilize the expert knowledge in the emergency field and generate the emergency action plan to accomplish the emergency task goal. In this paper, we propose an emergency response decision-making system based on HTN, discuss the key issues and solutions to HTN-based smart planning, and apply the results to the simulation prototype system of emergency response decision-making in the Three Gorges area to verify its effectiveness .
