计算机的普及和信息网络技术的发展，极大地提高了工作效率。互联网在经济、政治和文化生活中发挥着重要作用，但同时也带来很多新的问题。如何加强互联网管理，保证计算机信息系统的安全、健康与合法运行，规范共产党员和国家工作人员使用互联网行为，已越来越引起人们的重视。这里我们刊出广东省纪委、监察厅制定的《关于共产党员、国家工作人员利用计算机信息系统违法违纪纪律处分的暂行规定》，供各地借鉴参考。
The popularization of computers and the development of information network technologies have greatly enhanced the work efficiency. The Internet plays an important role in economic, political and cultural life, but it also brings with it many new problems. How to strengthen Internet management, ensure the safety, health and lawful operation of computer information system and regulate the use of Internet by communists and state staff have drawn more and more attention. Here we publish the Interim Provisions on the Discipline and Discipline of Violating the Law and Discipline by Communists and National Workers Utilizing Computer Information System formulated by Guangdong Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Office for reference.
