目的 :观察奥沙利铂 (L -OHP)联合 5 -FU/LV方案应用于晚期大肠癌治疗的初步疗效及主要毒副反应。方法 :回顾性分析本所 2 0 0 1年 10月～ 2 0 0 4年 2月用奥沙利铂联合 5 -FU/LV方案治疗的 5 6例晚期大肠癌患者的临床资料。结果 :本组患者总有效率为 2 6 8% (15 / 5 6 ) ,均为部分缓解 ;主要毒副反应为外周感觉神经毒性 5 7 1% (32 / 5 6 ) ,均为I～II度 ;其次为消化道反应、骨髓抑制。结论 :奥沙利铂联合与 -FU/LV治疗晚期大肠癌近期疗效肯定 ,病人耐受性好 ,毒副反应较低 ,有临床应用价值
Objective: To observe the primary efficacy and major toxicity of oxaliplatin (L -OHP) combined with 5-FU / LV regimen in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 56 patients with advanced colorectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin plus 5-FU / LV regimen from October 2001 to February 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The total effective rate in this group was 26.8% (15/56), all of which were partly relieved. The main side effects were peripheral sensory neurotoxicity 571% (32/56), all of which were I ~ II Degree; followed by gastrointestinal reactions, bone marrow suppression. Conclusion: Oxaliplatin combined with -FU / LV in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has a positive curative effect, good patient tolerance and low toxic and side effect, and has clinical value
