已经开发出一套新的测量完井压裂液流变性的技术标准。文中详细地介绍了该方法的制作流体及测量其流变性的步骤。基于技术标准的目的,完井液被定义为油井或气井在完井或修井过程中使用的增黏处理液,为测量单相或非散式层完井液的黏性特征提供标准方法。这些流体包括增黏盐液、砂石充填携带液、压裂液。也可以是交联液或非交联液(水、碳氢化合物或酸性基液)。某一剪切过程模拟方法被应用于具有潜在剪切敏感的流体。该方法用于模拟地面仪器中的流体以及沿井筒向下运移过程中的剪切效应。剪切过程模拟多应用于新的压裂液研发过程中其对剪切敏感性的特征研究。本文给出了测量完井液黏性的标准方法。
A new set of technical standards has been developed for measuring the rheological properties of well fracturing fluids. This paper describes in detail the method of making fluid and measuring the rheological steps. For the purpose of technical standards, completion fluids are defined as viscosifying fluids used by well or gas wells during completion or workover to provide a standard method of measuring the viscometric characteristics of single-phase or non-dispersive completion fluids. These fluids include thickening salt solution, sand filling fluid, fracturing fluid. It can also be a cross-linked liquid or a non-cross-linked liquid (water, hydrocarbon or acidic base liquid). A shear modeling method is applied to potentially shear-sensitive fluids. This method is used to simulate the fluid in the ground instruments and the shearing effect during the downward migration along the wellbore. The shearing process simulates the shear susceptibility characteristics of multi-applied fracturing fluid in the process of research and development. This paper presents a standard method for measuring wellbore viscosity.
