配合国际、国内重大活动发行邮票或邮品,是世界各国邮政部门或集邮公司的通行做法,也是广大集邮者乃至整个集邮界最为活跃的时候,雅典奥运会就是明显一例。开幕之日,我国同世界上许多国家一样,发行了纪念邮票,所不同的是我国采取了与本届奥运会主办国联合发行的方式,票名为《奥运会从雅典到北京》,广大集邮者企盼有更多更好的邮品问世,而中国集邮总公司(以下简称发行单位)发行的一组“金牌”纪念封(PFTN-39)让人大跌眼镜,失望不已。
The issuance of stamps or postal products in line with international and domestic major events is the common practice of postal service or philatelic offices all over the world. It is also an example of the Athens Olympic Games when the most popular stamp collectors and even the entire stamp collecting community are most active. On the opening day, our country, like many other countries in the world, issued commemorative stamps. The difference is that China adopted a joint issue with the host country of the current Olympic Games. The ticket was entitled “Olympics from Athens to Beijing.” There are more and better stamps available, and a set of “gold medal” souvenir covers (PFTN-39) issued by the China National Philatelic Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the issuing unit) is surprisingly disappointing.
