员工创新是高科技企业创新的基石,员工在工作中的创新行为是企业创新的起点和企业创造力、创新绩效的基础。员工创新行为的产生需要具备一定的条件,一方面需要企业外在激励因素的推动,另一方面也需要员工内在心理动机的牵引。本文探讨领导—成员交换与员工创新行为的作用机理,研究结果显示:领导—成员交换、心理所有权对员工创新行为有显著的正影响;领导—成员交换对心理所有权有显著的正影响;心理所有权在领导—成员交换与创新行为的关系中起到中介作用;员工情绪显著调节了心理所有权与员工创新的关系。
Staff innovation is the cornerstone of high-tech enterprise innovation. Employees’ innovative behavior at work is the starting point of enterprise innovation and the foundation of enterprise creativity and innovation performance. Innovative employee behavior needs to have certain conditions, on the one hand need to promote the external incentive business, on the other hand also need to employees internal psychological motivation traction. This paper explores the mechanism of leadership-member exchange and employee innovation behavior. The results show that: leadership-member exchange and psychological ownership have a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior; leadership-member exchange has a significant positive impact on psychological ownership; psychological ownership It plays an intermediary role in the relationship between leader-member exchange and innovation behavior. Employee sentiment significantly regulates the relationship between psychological ownership and employee innovation.
