由于虹吸滤池具有造价低、占地面积小、运行简单、可水力自动化、运行时在滤料层中不会产生负压等优点,自1966年以来虹吸滤池在全国各地得到广泛的应用。虹吸滤池过滤技术已有很大的发展。本文就虹吸滤池设计中的几个问题进行探讨。一、格数虹吸滤池的特点之一是成组制。一格滤池的冲洗水由其他格的过滤水供给,由于滤速不超过极限,所以不可能一个或两个滤格单独存在。限于这个条件,过去常从经济效果出发,认为太多的格数会增加基建费用和维护工作量,一般以设计滤速和冲洗强度两个因素确定,设6格。
Because the siphon filter has the advantages of low cost, small footprint, simple operation, hydraulic automation, and no negative pressure in the filter layer during operation, the siphon filter has been widely used throughout the country since 1966. Siphon filter filtration technology has been greatly developed. This article discusses several issues in the design of siphon filter designs. One of the characteristics of the grid siphon filter is the group system. The flush water of one grid filter is supplied by filtered water of other cells. Since the filter speed does not exceed the limit, it is not possible to have one or two filter cells alone. Confined to this condition, in the past, often based on economic effects, it was thought that too many grids would increase the cost of infrastructure construction and maintenance. Generally, it was determined by two factors, namely the design speed and the flushing strength, and six grids were set.
