对冷焊技术在液压支架底缸内壁修复再制造上的应用进行研究。介绍了液压支架底缸内壁的工况条件、研究现状等,对冷焊技术进行简述,并对冷焊技术在液压支架底缸修复上的应用及效果进行分析。研究表明:液压支架底缸内壁经冷焊技术修复后,其性能提升,冷焊技术有着良好的应用前景。
Research on the application of cold welding technology in the repair and remanufacturing of the inner wall of hydraulic support bottom cylinder. The working condition and research status of the inner wall of hydraulic support bottom cylinder are introduced. The cold welding technology is briefly introduced. The application and effect of cold welding technology on the hydraulic cylinder support bottom cylinder are analyzed. The research shows that the performance of the inner wall of the bottom bracket of the hydraulic support is improved by the cold welding technology, and the cold welding technology has a good application prospect.
