实验采用重1.03g,射速1300m/s和800m/s的钢珠弹分别致伤两组狗颌面部,造成颌面部重型火器伤,建立实验动物模型。颌面伤后即刻、6小时分别检查颌面损伤情况,并开颅检查颅脑变化,切取脑组织标本行组织学观察。实验发现,射速1300m/s钠珠致伤组,10只狗均有颅底点片状出血和脑挫伤等损伤表现,而射速800m/s致伤的8只狗中,仅一只有上述损伤现象,两组差异非常显著,提示颌面部高速投射伤时有明显的颅脑损伤。
In the experiment, two sets of dogs' maxillofacial area were injured with steel ball shells weighing 1.03g, firing rate 1300m / s and 800m / s, respectively. The maxillofacial and maxillofacial firearm injuries were caused and the experimental animal model was established.
