目的 :探讨对器官移植患者实施药学监护的重要意义。方法 :以 5例典型病例说明对肾移植患者环孢素A血药浓度监测的必要性。结果 :通过药学监护 ,使器官移植患者用环孢素A安全、有效和合理。结论 :对器官移植患者实施药学监护 ,有利于提高移植器官的存活和提高患者生存质量。
Objective: To explore the importance of implementing pharmacy care in patients with organ transplantation. Methods: Five cases of typical cases of renal transplant recipients of cyclosporine A blood concentration monitoring necessity. Results: Cyclosporine A was safe, effective and reasonable for patients undergoing organ transplantation through pharmacy care. Conclusion: The implementation of pharmacy monitoring in patients with organ transplantation is beneficial to improve the survival of transplanted organs and improve the quality of life of patients.
