[结果]MS组与对照组间TO、TS、LVEF差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),MS组低于对照组,A组与B组比较,显示A组TS、LVEF较B组降低(P﹤0.05),TO无统计学意义,经美托洛尔干预治疗后,MS组治疗前后比较,结果显示前后TO、TS比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),LVEF比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]MS存在着心率震荡的异常,尤其是伴有靶器官损害者,经过美托洛尔干预后,心率震荡明显改善,而LVEF无改变。
[Objective] To observe the changes of heart rate turbulence in patients with metabolic syndrome and control group and the effect of metoprolol sustained-release tablets on heart rate turbulence of metabolic syndrome. [Method] ①Detect the difference of heart rate turbulence between metabolic syndrome and control group. ② The difference of heart rate turbulence between two groups before and after MS intervention (MS group A) and MS (B group) with target organ damage after metoprolol sustained-release tablets. [Results] The differences of TO, TS and LVEF between MS group and control group were statistically significant (P <0.05), while MS group was lower than that of control group. Compared with B group, the TS and LVEF in group A were lower than those in group B (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in TO between the two groups (P> 0.05). After metoprolol treatment, the differences of TO and TS in the MS group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.05) Significance (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] There is abnormal heart rate turbulence in MS, especially in patients with target organ damage. After metoprolol intervention, heart rate turbulence is obviously improved, while LVEF is not changed.
