2008年国家司法部公布的第75号公告规定了普通高等学校2009年应届毕业生可以报名参加司法考试,为法学专业本科毕业生增加了一条新的发展途径,与此同时,很多大三学生在面对考研和司法考试时都感到难以抉择,选择其一又不甘心放弃另一个,同时兼顾又担心二者冲突。本文从司法考试和研究生入学考试的差异入手,探寻法学本科教育的教学目的,揭示法学本科教育、司法考试和研究生入学考试三者的关系。
