目的观察继发性脊髓损伤大鼠。方法用组织化学和电子显微镜投射方法观察大鼠脊髓前角运动神经原细胞的变化。结果继发性脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓前角运动神经细胞化学组织染色的改变。结论组织化学染色反应物减少及电子显微镜的超微改变证明脊髓继发损伤动物模型制作成功。
Objective To observe the secondary spinal cord injury in rats. Methods The histopathology and electron microscopic projection methods were used to observe the changes of motor neurons in anterior horn of spinal cord in rats. Results The changes of chemical staining of motor nerve cells in the anterior horn of spinal cord in rats after spinal cord injury. Conclusions The reduction of histochemical staining reagents and ultrastructural changes in electron microscopy proved the success of spinal cord injury in animal models.
