高职保险实务专业教师队伍凸现出教师队伍数量少,教师缺乏保险行业从业经历,教师整体素质有待提高,兼职教师数量与质量不足等问题。迫切需要多方联合提高教师素质,发挥专业教研室功能提高教师技能,保校联姻建设兼职教师队伍,建立长效机制提升教师教育教学水平,打造与专业发展良性循环的教师队伍,保持高职保险实务教育的生命力。
The number of professional teachers in higher vocational insurance practice highlights the small number of teachers, the lack of experience in the insurance industry, the overall quality of teachers to be improved, the shortage of teachers and the quality of part-time teachers.
