目的总结手术治疗胃癌的经验。方法对1999年4月至2004年4月共施行全胃切除治疗胃癌68例进行回顾性分析。结果根治性全胃切除52例,消化道重建术式RouxenY食管空肠吻合术。姑息性全胃切除16例,同时行右半结肠切除2例。手术死亡1例,手术死亡率为1.5%。结论对胃癌治疗主张扩大手术根治范围,全胃切除RouxenY食管空肠吻合是安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of gastric cancer. Methods From April 1999 to April 2004, 68 cases of gastric cancer treated by total gastrectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results radical total gastrectomy in 52 cases, reconstruction of RouxenY esophagojejunostomy. Palliative gastrectomy in 16 cases, while the right colon resection in 2 cases. One patient died of surgery, the operative mortality rate was 1.5%. Conclusion The treatment of gastric cancer advocates expanding the scope of radical surgery, total gastrectomy RouxenY esophageal jejunum anastomosis is safe and effective treatment.
