初中体育课堂中立定三级蛙跳是一个重要的教学项目。本文笔者结合工作经验,在教学中根据学生情况展开因材施教,这样可以更好的保证学生的体育锻炼质量,增强学生的身体素质。然而许多初中体育课堂中立定三级蛙跳还存在一些问题,学生不能够科学地按照相关要求进行训练,从而影响到课堂训练的质量。因此教师需要制定科学的教学方案,针对学生差异和个性安排出更加合理的教学内容,减少训练过程中对学生造成不必要的伤害。本文通过对提高初中立定三级蛙跳成绩的训练方法进行探讨,实现中学生体育水平平稳发展的目的。
Middle school third-level frog jumping in the PE class is an important teaching project. In this paper, the author combines work experience, teaching in accordance with the situation of students according to their aptitude, so that students can better ensure the quality of physical activity and enhance the physical fitness of students. However, there are still some problems in establishing the third-level frog jumping in many junior high school PE classes. Students can not scientifically carry out the training according to relevant requirements, thus affecting the quality of classroom training. Therefore, teachers need to formulate scientific teaching programs, arrange more reasonable teaching content according to the differences and individualities of students, and reduce unnecessary harm to students in the training process. This article discusses the training methods to improve the junior middle school leapfrog results, and achieves the goal of smooth development of middle school students’ physical education.
