对某聋哑学校的313名学生进行调查,发现由药物引起聋哑者153人,占50%,第一次尿检查采用尿潜血试纸及尿四联试纸同时进行,结果阳性蛋白尿、血尿、白细胞尿及菌尿共11例;第二次尿检查采用尿液分析仪及光学显微镜进行,结果阳性蛋白尿、血尿3例;第三次进行肾功能检查,结果均正常。药物致聋及肾损害经过8~16年后作远期观察,表明其对肾的影响并不大,但随着抗生素应用日增,药物致聋及肾损害的研究更应加以重视。
A survey of 313 students in a deaf school found that 153 were deaf-mutes caused by drugs, accounting for 50%.
