孙选中是我国商业法学专家,也是拍卖法的专家学者。他站在法律学的高度,从商业市场运作的角度,面对当前拍卖业发展,经过深思熟虑,归纳总结,提纲携领地提出五个方面存在的问题,抓住了存在问题的实质,对解决拍卖业的发展有一定的指导意义我集中谈五个问题。谈之前首先我对这次的主题有一点感想,我国拍卖业已经发展了20多年,现在返回来又来反思我们自己的地位了。看来这是一个很重要的问题,可能这是多方面的原因促成的。
