一个国家的政治发展包含许多方面的内容,本文以政治发展过程中的政治稳定、政治参与和政治文化作为参照物,对建国初期的过渡型政治体制、后来建立起来的社会主义政治体制,在“五四宪法”制定过程中人民群众的政治参与,在新民主主义革命过程中已经逐步形成和完善并在建国初期得到逐步实施的新民主主义文化进行了论证和研究。
