笔者从枯榆树木上分离培养获得一株木耳菌,经外部形态、子实体横切面构造及凝胶电泳等观察研究表明,它有别于目前报道的木耳菌,笔者把它定名为大木耳(Auricularia maxima Guo,Liu et Lu,sp.Nov.)。该木耳质地明显较毛木耳软,吸水性较毛木耳强,是很有栽培前途的木耳种。本文主要报道大木耳的一些生物学特性及其开发研究的结果。
The author obtained from the Ulmus pumila trees isolated and cultured to obtain a strain of fungus, the external morphology, fruiting body cross-section structure and gel electrophoresis and other observations show that it is different from the currently reported fungus, the author named it big fungus Auricularia maxima Guo, Liu et Lu, sp. Nov.). The fungus is obviously softer than the fungus, water absorption is stronger than the fungus, is a very promising cultivation of fungus species. This article reports some of the biological characteristics of the large fungus and the results of the development of research.
