江泽民同志说过:“创新是一个国家永葆生机的不竭动力;创新是一个民族进步的灵魂。”所以,我们中华民族要想增强国家的综合国力,提高国家的国际地位,就必须要创新。另外,教育是一个国家的根本,是培养人才的主要途径,并且在国际竞争中其根本的竞争是人才的竞争。因此对于一个国家来说,最重要的两方面是教育与创新,在此基础上,该文把创新教育时期下的小学数学教师作为研究目标,对创新教育时期下的小学数学老师的素质展开具体的分析探讨,期望提高创新教育时期下的小学数学老师的综合素质,进而希望能够提高我国小学生的创新能力。
