苏州河底泥的微生物污染调查

本文调查了苏州河底泥微生物污染情况。调查结果苏州河底需氧性细菌数为3.6×10~7pfu/mI.需氧芽胞菌数2.2×10~6pfu/mI.厌氧菌散为5.6×10~6pfu/m1.河水中菌数与底泥相仿。据总大肠菌群及粪大肠菌群测定结果,底泥与河水均遭粪便严重污染.底泥各层粪便污染指标菌的分布随底泥深度增加而减少.但至2m (从泥表面算起)深度仍有25%左右样品属于中等以上程度的污染。从苏州河中分离到埃森氏沙门氏菌、阿贡纳沙门氏菌等以及不凝集弧菌。黄浦江近苏州河出口处水.泥污染情况不亚于苏州河。模拟试验说明,当船只行驶或其它方式搅动时.底泥中的微生物可以进入水中。 This paper investigated the microbial contamination of Suzhou River sediment. The results showed that the number of aerobic bacteria in Suzhou Creek was 3.6 × 10 ~ 7pfu / ml, the number of aerobic bacteria was 2.2 × 10 ~ 6pfu / ml, the anaerobic bacteria dispersion was 5.6 × 10 ~ 6pfu / ml, The sediment is similar. According to the determination results of total coliforms and fecal coliforms, the sediment and river water were seriously polluted by faeces, and the distribution of faecal contamination indicator bacteria at sediment layers decreased with the increase of sediment depth, but to 2m (from the surface of the mud ) The depth is still about 25% of the samples are moderately above level of pollution. Isolation of Salmonella Escherichia, Salmonella Argona, etc., and non-agglutinating Vibrio isolated from Suzhou Creek. Near the exit of the Suzhou River at the Huangpu River is no less than the Suzhou River. Simulation tests show that microorganisms in the sediment can enter the water when the vessel is traveling or otherwise agitated.
