一、积极转变课堂教学理念(一)课堂教学坚持“以人为本”。教师在课堂教学过程中要充分认识学生的主体地位,一切教学活动应以关注学生的个性发展、长远的全面发展为教育教学工作的根本任务,在教学的活动过程之中,更多的去关注学生的人格培养与应用知识的能力培养,让学生在教学活动中学会认知,学会审美与做人,懂得如何与人共同生活,学会生存的本领,为学生今后的可持续的发展打下坚实的基础。(二)教师要不断反思自我,努力追求教学的个性化。
