评估矿工个体安全行为能力,有助于实现安全管理岗位的甄选优化,减少人因导致的煤矿事故。基于行为的产生过程,优选出安全生理、行为能力、个性心理、情操等4个一级指标和相应的次级指标,建立了个体安全行为能力评估指标体系和测评方法;在此基础上,设计制作出个体安全行为能力测评装置,可方便快捷地综合测评矿工安全行为能力。研究成果将对煤矿企业安全管理和科学研究提供有力的帮助。
Assessing miners’ individual safety behavior ability helps to optimize the selection of safety management positions and reduce coal mine accidents caused by human factors. Based on the process of behavior generation, four first-level indicators such as safety physiology, behavioral abilities, personality psychology and sentiment, and the corresponding secondary indicators were selected to establish the evaluation index system and evaluation method of individual safety behavior ability. On this basis, the design Produce individual safety behavior assessment device can be easily and quickly comprehensive assessment of miners safety behavior. The research results will provide strong help to the safety management and scientific research of coal mine enterprises.
