针对混凝土结构表面裂缝宽度评定需要,研究了立体视觉测量方法的三维数学模型,提出了将裂缝边缘曲线投影到空间平面,用来恢复裂缝边缘的三维坐标的方法,并利用最小距离法和裂缝图像识别算法完成了对裂缝宽度的评定。使用该文集成的立体视觉测量系统完成了在破坏性静载试验中产生表面裂缝的三根混凝土梁的检测试验,得到了每根混凝土梁2个检测区域的裂缝宽度曲线,并与微显微观测仪的数据进行比较分析。试验结果表明:基于立体视觉的裂缝宽度检测方法准确地评定了裂缝宽度,验证了该方法用于混凝土表面裂缝宽度检测的可行性。
Aiming at the need of evaluating the crack width of concrete structure, the three-dimensional mathematical model of stereoscopic vision measurement method is studied. The method of projecting the edge curve of the crack to the space plane to restore the three-dimensional coordinates of the edge of the crack is proposed. By using the minimum distance method and the crack image The recognition algorithm completes the assessment of the crack width. Using the integrated stereo vision measuring system, the test of three concrete beams with surface cracks in the destructive static load test was completed. The crack width curves in two detection areas of each concrete beam were obtained and compared with the results of micro-microscopy Instrument data for comparative analysis. The experimental results show that the method of crack width detection based on stereo vision accurately evaluates the crack width and verifies the feasibility of this method for the detection of concrete surface crack width.
