我们结合长白山发展旅游纪念品的需要,试用废易拉罐制做小型灵芝盆景,获得了成功。具体做法如下:将废罐清洗后,装培养料,压实,吸开口打一斜洞,口朝下用清水冲干净。然后用一层牛皮纸,外加一层塑料布(抗高温)将罐口封好。经高温灭菌,待冷却后接种,放入培养室内培养。菌丝长满罐时,方可打开益,移到出菇室内,待菌盖长到3—5厘米左右时进行整型,可作为商品出售。利用废易拉罐制做的小型盆景,玲珑小巧,清雅美观,具有观赏价值。
