学生在40分钟体育课堂里,要充分地掌握所学的体育运动技能与素质,几乎是不可能的事情。这时,“家庭协助式”作业单就起到补充与提升的作用,尤其处于九年级关键时期,通过布置与教学内容相关的作业单,让体育教学课堂向外延伸。
