本文考察了几种来源不同的预制硅胶HPTLC板的板效和特性的8项参数。结果表明国内试制品的测试数据和指标均达到或接近HPTLC板的标准。有意义的是,硅胶粘度为10～20微米的预制板,在最佳实验条件下测得的板效率也不低。这种预制板对硅胶颗粒要求不太苛刻,有实用价值。
This article examines the eight parameters of plate efficiency and properties of several prefabricated HPTLC plates of different origins. The results show that the domestic trial product test data and indicators are up to or near the HPTLC board standards. Significantly, pre-fabricated plates with a viscosity of 10 to 20 microns are not inefficient at optimum conditions. This kind of prefabricated board is less demanding on the silica gel particles and has practical value.
