从学校走向社会,你将会面对一个全新的世界,在这个社会里,使你能够立足的是你的职业,它不仅是你生活的基础,更重要的是它所体现出的是你存在的价值。因此进行职业规划,对一个人的一生来说,就显得格外重要。一般来说,每个人的职业生涯大致可分为五个阶段,并具有如下特点:成长阶段:在学校的学习阶段,这个阶段里一个人对职业还处于一种模糊意识状态,对于职业认识幻想大于现实,是一个知识储备阶段。但是成长阶段对于以后的职业发展却是一个基础,没有良好的专业知识和个人素质,职业发展就会面临众多困难。探索阶段:毕业后1-3年。这个阶段是刚从学校走出来对职业逐步熟悉的一个阶段。职业的新奇让新员工处于一种兴奋状态。这个阶段是对职业习惯、职业规划、职业素质的探索与培养阶段,更多的是向同事进行学习,从而逐步形成自己的职业风格。创新阶段:毕业后3—7年。这个阶段大部分毕业生已成为一个标准的职业人了。许多人开始面临职位的晋升。同时在对职业熟悉的基础上,不再满足于过去同事留下的一套职业规则,逐步开创一个全新的属于自己的新秩序。
