患者男,26岁,因发热住院,主要症状为恶寒、高热达40.4℃、头痛、恶心呕吐、上腹疼痛,曾有胃炎史。取末稍血查WBC,由7700/mm~3降至3800/mm~3,很快又升至5600mm~3以上。血培养查出铜绿色假单胞菌。治疗:服中药柴胡汤、板兰根冲剂、胃复安,肌注牛黄针,10%葡萄糖盐水加氯霉素1克静滴后体温仍高至40.4℃,脉搏100次/分。后加氨苄青霉素、维生素C、维生素B_6、肌苷、氯化钾静滴后体温降为39℃,脉搏96次/分;继续用氨苄青霉素5克,10%葡萄糖
