母乳是最适合宝宝的天然食物。不过,因不得已必须选择人工喂养的妈妈们也不必担心,只要掌握正确的人工喂养方法,同样可以让宝宝茁壮成长。A哪些宝宝必须人工喂养①妈妈患有活动性传染病如结核病等。②妈妈为HIV(人类免疫缺陷病毒)、CMV(巨细胞病毒)、梅毒螺旋体感染或携带者。③妈妈乳房有单纯性疱疹病毒感染的情况(另一侧无感染乳房可继续喂养)。④妈妈正在接受同位素诊疗,或曾暴露于放射性物质下(乳汁内也会含放射性物质)。⑤医生建议停止母乳喂养时,比如母乳妈妈患有严重的心脏病或者必须服用母乳喂养禁用的相关药物等。
