目的探讨三维斑点追踪技术在冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者左心室扭转中的应用价值。方法CHD组62例,对照组41例,采取心尖全容积图像,应用三维超声斑点追踪成像技术测量并比较左心室旋转角度(RA)、旋转率(RR)、扭转角度(TA)、扭转率(TR)。结果 CHD组中左心室曲线形态与对照组大致相似。相应的RA、RR、TA、TR曲线的波幅减低,波形紊乱,CHD组TR与对照组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 3DT可在三维立体空间内研究左室的旋转及扭转运动,从机械力学角度评价CHD患者左室收缩功能减低。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional speckle tracking in left ventricular torsion in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Sixty-two cases of CHD and 41 cases of control group were performed a total apex volumetric imaging. The left ventricular rotation angle (RA), rotation rate (RR), torsion angle (TA), torsion rate TR). Results The morphology of left ventricle in CHD group was similar to that in control group. The corresponding amplitude of RA, RR, TA, TR curves were reduced, the waveform was disturbed, and the difference between TR and CHD group was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 3DT can study the left ventricular rotation and torsion in three-dimensional space, and evaluate the reduction of left ventricular systolic function in CHD patients from the perspective of mechanical mechanics.
