教学质量是中等职业学校竞争力的核心,实践能力的培养是学生择业和生活的关键。传统课堂教学重视知识的传递,忽视能力的培养和学生学习中非智力因素的作用,学生主动性、积极性很难发挥,这是导致学生厌学、教师厌教、教学质量下降的重要原因之一。要能让课堂教学焕发出生命力,促进教学质量提高,提高学生的实践水平,教师必须突破传统框架,用动态生成的观念开展教学,以培养应用型技术人才为目标,树立教学新观念,构建教学新体系,探索教学新模式。
