铌钛多芯复合超导线的焊接是各种超导磁体制造的关键技术之一。本文从铜基铌钛多芯复合超导线的结构特征出发,对超导线接头进行了储能焊试验和测试,使用本校开发的特种对焊机和焊接工艺技术,成功地焊制出了一批超导线对接接头,其性能达到了国外同类接头的水平。该工艺方法可靠,设备简单,接头性能优良,适合于现场焊接、具有实用和推广价值。
