经晒干、煮沸、油炸及去皮后的蚕豆提取液在试管内旷置(室温)或温育(37℃)后,均可产生强力破坏红细胞GSH或其纯品的作用。用豌豆等7种豆类进行对照未见有类似作用。实验结果还提示,蚕豆中存在着耐热和不耐热的两种“毒性物质”,对这两种“毒性物质”在蚕豆病溶血中可能起的作用进行了讨论。
After dried, boiled, fried, and peeled, the broad bean extract is placed in a test tube (room temperature) or incubated (37°C) to produce a strong destruction of erythrocyte GSH or its pure product. No similar effect was observed with 7 types of beans such as peas. The experimental results also suggest that there are two kinds of “toxic substances”, which are heat-resistant and heat-resistant, in broad bean, and the possible role of these two “toxic substances” in haemolysis of faba bean disease is discussed.
