本文对无症状乙型肝炎表面抗原携带者进行了体内和体外细胞免疫水平的观察,发现植物血凝素(PHA)皮试和双链酶(SK-SD)皮试结果均呈强阳性反应,体外T淋巴细胞转化和T淋巴细胞自然花环形成率与正常相比均无差别,实验提示乙型肝炎表面抗原的持续状态与T淋巴细胞的免疫耐受性有关。
In this paper, asymptomatic hepatitis B surface antigen carriers in vivo and in vitro cellular immunity levels were observed and found that the PHA skin test and double-stranded enzyme (SK-SD) skin test results showed a strong positive response, In vitro T lymphocyte transformation and T lymphocyte natural rosette formation rate compared with the normal no difference, the experimental results suggest that the persistent status of hepatitis B surface antigen and T lymphocyte immune tolerance.
