目的:为了解沈阳市学前儿童血硒水平与生长发育的关系。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取沈阳市内五区10所幼儿园3~6岁儿童,测量身高、体重,以WHO推荐的美国国家统计中心参考值作为评价标准,采用Z评分法进行营养评价,氰化高铁法测定血红蛋白含量,石墨炉法检测儿童血清中硒含量。结果:血清硒正常组身高Z评分较硒缺乏组高,t检验有高度的显著性;硒缺乏组贫血患病率较硒正常组高。结论:硒缺乏儿童体格生长较同龄儿童落后,尤其对身高有影响;硒缺乏儿童易患贫血。儿童保健工作者应引起重视,采取有效预防措施。
Objective: To understand the relationship between blood selenium level and growth and development in preschool children in Shenyang City. Methods: Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select height and weight of 10 to 3 years old children from 10 kindergartens in five districts of Shenyang City. The reference value of NSC recommended by WHO was used as the evaluation standard and Z score method was used Nutrition evaluation, determination of hemoglobin content by cyanidation of high iron, graphite furnace method for detection of selenium content in children. Results: The serum Z score of normal selenium group was higher than that of selenium deficiency group, and t test was highly significant. The prevalence of anemia in selenium deficiency group was higher than that of selenium normal group. Conclusion: Children with selenium deficiency have worse physical growth than children of the same age, especially their height. Children with selenium deficiency are predisposed to anemia. Child health workers should pay attention to take effective preventive measures.
